Personal Thoughts :)

Why is our personal world / life  trend toward difficulty?  Can we be free of the drama?

I found some tips:

Kids, want to quit fighting with your parents?  Listen to your parents. They have been around a while. Parents, don't just say no or worse don't care, but get into your kids world and share. Control starts with the parents at birth, but transfers to independence during the teenage years Guide wisely and patiently.

Want to avoid Aids, others STD s, unplanned pregnancy? Stay a virgin, date a virgin and marry a virgin.

Do you want to stay out of the foreman/managers office?   When you are on the employer's clock your time is his. Do the quality work of the boss above your boss. Employers,  when your employee is off the the clock the paycheck belongs to the employee.  Employers you have a responsibility to your people as well as the share holders. Honestly is easily available to both sides, it just takes courage.

Husbands love and serve your wives anyway. Tell her you love her or touch her arm every day. It's not what you say or do, but how she feels.  Load the dishwasher when she is not looking to impact her day where she is not even aware. She frequently does this everyday for you and your kids. Wives honor and respect your man. He is most vulnerable in the areas he has let you in. He needs respect at home inside his fortress walls. Wives you are his stability even if he doesn't know that. Wives you have to explain it to your man.
Realize men are fixers. It may take a while for him to realize you just want to know he cares and has your empathy - be patient and keep explaining. Don't cut each with your words, it takes a long time to heal.

Treat your neighbor and those around you as yourself. If we where able to care for everyone as ourselves,  we wouldn't need as many laws. Many new laws exist because of people keep trying to find ways around the old ones.

But what about the exceptionally bad things others have done to me? What if I have so much anger towards everything? What if I'm so beat down I just don't care anymore? What if I don't need are trust anyone - I'll do it on my own?

You knew it was coming, what about God? What if there is a grand design. What if God wants a relationship with me. He does. But there is a problem.  God is perfect and without any bad ( sin) in Him. If I have ever told a lie, I'm a liar.  If I ever looked at someone else with intimate or lustful thoughts, I'm an adulterer.  God said liars, adulterers any any other people holding on to their sinful dept account can not be with Him. So that's it, it's over right? I can't live up to these standards so what's the use?

Enter Jesus Christ. God became man through a virgin birth from Mary. That means the Holy Spirit conceived Jesus on her womb. This meant the chain of powerlessness over sin was broken. Jesus was both God and man. He experienced all the pain, rejection and betrayal of this world, yet He did not sin. So what? Why is that important?  Because he who had no sin, God Himself, died to sacrifice His self for mine and your sin.  While on that cross, the weight of every sin past, present and future was on his shoulders.  Only God could hold that weight.  Only God could pay the debt for that much sin.

So we have a choice. God will let me be on my own without Him. He will let me be responsible for my own sin debt. We already know we can't pay that debt because the standard is perfection.  God will let me continue in a life of chaos now and worse after I die.

OR, I can make a trade.  I can accept Him into a relationship. I can become one of His adopted children.  He will credit the payment of His sacrifice and apply it toward my sin debt - paid in full!  I can give Jesus my life and He will fulfill mine here and after O die.

I also receive this great down payment for giving myself to Jesus. I receive the Holy Spirit. The same power that created the universe,  conceived Jesus in Mary's virgin womb  and rose Jesus Christ bodily from the grave will now FILL THAT EMPTY PLACE I have always felt.

But wait there's more! The Holy Spirit promises to renew my mind so I can see things the way He does. Also all those things we started this conversation about, like loving others, the Holy Spirit enables me to love that way.

God is so cool He even gave us an instruction book about who He is and how to interact with Him. What if you had a book that could tell you everything you needed to know about your spouse? What they like, hate how they will respond? You could just open the book and find out beforehand? Well God made sure we would have this book called the Bible. The same Holy Spirit made sure some guys would write it down perfectly.  Then the same Holy Spirit ( if you are in a relationship with Jesus Christ) will make sure you understand it when you read it. Pretty cool!

So if you want to be free know the truth about Jesus Christ. He created the Universe regardless of whether we believe it or not. But this who do believe and are His children, He gives freedom from chaos, drama  and sin...
